The Bishop’s Well – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Bishop’s Well. By booking any service, session, consultation, or purchasing a digital product, you agree to the 

following terms and conditions, which exist to ensure a respectful, secure, and Spirit-led environment for all clients and our team.


 1. Booking & Payment Policy

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking platform.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

  • Pricing is subject to change based on session type, format, or scope of engagement.

 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule option.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable and non-transferable unless due to emergency, subject to our discretion.

3. No-Show Policy

  • Clients who do not attend their scheduled session and do not cancel in advance will be considered a no-show and forfeit the session without refund.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in future bookings being denied.

 4. Nature of Services

  • All sessions are spiritually-based and faith-driven, rooted in biblical principles and prophetic insight.

  • Services are not a substitute for licensed therapy, legal advice, or medical treatment.

  • Results vary depending on individual participation, spiritual receptiveness, and willingness to act on guidance.

 5. Confidentiality

  • All client sessions are treated with strict confidentiality, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., harm to self or others).

  • Testimonials may be shared anonymously unless explicit permission is given.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All digital resources, teachings, session content, and downloadable materials are the intellectual property of The Bishop’s 

  • Well and may not be copied, redistributed, or sold without written permission.

 7. Right to Refuse Service

  • The Bishop’s Well reserves the right to decline or terminate services at any point if behavior is deemed inappropriate, abusive, or misaligned with the values of this ministry.

8. Group Sessions, Retreats, & Events

  • All deposits for events, group sessions, or speaking engagements are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract.

  • Final payments are due by the agreed-upon date in your event agreement.

 9. Digital Products

  • All digital product sales are final and non-refundable due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of these items.

10. Agreement
By completing a booking or purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these 

Terms and Conditions.
