Cancellation Policy

🕒 Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy Applies to all booked sessions for Coaching, Counseling, and Consultations with Bishop Dr. Julia McMillan. 📌 Tiered Late Fees Tardiness With Notice Without Notice Up to 15 Minutes Late $25 Late Fee $50 Late Fee 16–30 Minutes Late $50 Late Fee $50 Late Fee 31–59 Minutes Late $100 Late Fee $100 Late Fee 60+ Minutes Late $100 Late Fee + Cancellation $100 Late Fee + Cancellation Canceling 30 minutes before an appointment will result in an $100 Late Fee. We recommend canceling 24-hours in advance. ⏳ Additional Notes All late fees are due prior to the next session and will be invoiced directly. Rescheduling due to excessive lateness (over 60 mins) will require a new appointment and full payment.
